- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 can (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Combine potatoes, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper, soup and cheese; mix well.

2Spoon into ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with corn flake crumbs; drizzle with melted butter.
