  • 1 large frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 12 oz. sour cream (optional)
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

    Thaw potatoes; mix rest of ingredients (except corn flakes and butter).

    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
