  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions
