- 2 lb. pkg. hash browns
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. melted oleo
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
Directions

1Thaw the potatoes and mix with onion and oleo.

2Mix the mushroom soup and water together.

3Add all the ingredients to the potato mixture.

4Pour into greased casserole dish.

5Mix corn flakes with melted oleo and sprinkle over top.

6Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
