  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
  • 1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese, divided

Directions

    Thaw potatoes.

    Mix with soup, sour cream, onion, oleo, 1 cup cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour into a well-greased baking dish (9 x 13 x 2-inch).

    Bake for 45 minutes in 350° oven. Makes 8 servings.
