  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/4 c. corn flakes crushed
  • 1 stick butter melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix all ingredients except hash browns in a bowl. Spray 9 by 13 inch pan with Pam/oil; pour in frozen hash browns, top with sour cream mixture and sprinkle corn flakes topping over top.

    For topping, mix corn flakes and 1 stick melted butter.

    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
