- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. cheddar cheese grated
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/4 c. corn flakes crushed
- 1 stick butter melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix all ingredients except hash browns in a bowl. Spray 9 by 13 inch pan with Pam/oil; pour in frozen hash browns, top with sour cream mixture and sprinkle corn flakes topping over top.

3For topping, mix corn flakes and 1 stick melted butter.

4Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
