- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 12 oz. bag shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix together butter and hash browns well.

2Add sour cream and soup and mix thoroughly.

3Then add remaining ingredients.

4When well mixed, place in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

5Smooth out evenly. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.

6Cool 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

7Leftovers can be refrigerated and kept 3 to 4 days.
