- 4 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped onions, sauteed in butter
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Thaw potatoes a little and spread in a 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole dish.

2Mix and cream the sauteed onions, cream cheese and soup.

3Pour mixture over potatoes and top with grated Cheddar cheese.

4Bake at 350° to 400° for 45 minutes.
