- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Put potatoes in the bottom of a casserole dish. In a separate bowl, mix the soup, sour cream, onion, cheese, salt and pepper. Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
