  • 32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Put potatoes in the bottom of a casserole dish. In a separate bowl, mix the soup, sour cream, onion, cheese, salt and pepper. Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
