  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes

Directions

    Combine cheese, soup, sour cream, onion and 1/4 cup butter. Turn into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until casserole is golden brown and potatoes are tender.
