- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
Directions

1Combine cheese, soup, sour cream, onion and 1/4 cup butter. Turn into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
