  • 1 pkg. frozen hash browns (1 1/2 lb. size), thawed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
  • 1 can onion rings

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Use a little milk to rinse soup can. Save a few onion rings to put on top.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Will not hurt to leave in oven for 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
