- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. butter, melted and divided
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. sugar frosted or plain corn flakes, crushed
Directions

1Combine hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, 1/2 cup melted butter, salt and onion.

2Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

3Combine frosted flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.

4Sprinkle over top of casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Makes 8 to 10 servings.
