- 2 lb. hash browns
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/3 c. onion, chopped
- dash of salt and pepper
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Place hash brown potatoes in casserole dish.

2Brown onion in 1/2 margarine.

3Add to top of potatoes.

4Top this with sour cream, milk, soup and cheese.

5Mix corn flakes with remaining half of margarine for topping.

6Bake at 300° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
