Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag frozen hash browns, thaw a little
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all of this together and place in a 9 x 11 x 2-inch casserole dish.

    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top (I use Italian cheese seasoned).

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until bread crumbs are lightly browned.
