- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 c. sour cream
- 3 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
Directions

1Mix the butter, soup, sour cream, onions and 2 cups Cheddar cheese, leaving one cup cheese for topping.

2Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan.

3Sprinkle reserved 1 cup cheese over top.
