  • 32 oz. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 2 cans potato soup
  • 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

    May substitute mushroom and chicken soup and add chopped onions.
