  • 6 to 8 hash brown squares
  • 2 c. cut-up ham or 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 medium size can half and half or Carnation

Directions

    Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with hash browns.

    Brown the meat, layer the remaining recipe.

    Beat the eggs and half and half or Carnation.

    Pour over.

    Bake one hour at 350° or until done. This can be done the night before and refrigerated, then add your eggs when ready to bake.
