- 2 c. cut-up ham or 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1 medium size can half and half or Carnation
Directions

1Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with hash browns.

2Brown the meat, layer the remaining recipe.

3Beat the eggs and half and half or Carnation.

4Pour over.

5Bake one hour at 350° or until done. This can be done the night before and refrigerated, then add your eggs when ready to bake.
