- 1 pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Line a greased baking dish with potatoes.

2Mix soup, sour cream, butter and Cheddar cheese with mixer.

3(Reserve some of cheese for top.)

4Spread mixture over potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
