  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 c. ham, diced
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

    Spread thawed hash browns on paper towels to soak up moisture.

    Preheat oven 425 degrees.

    Butter 9 inch pie pan.

    Make crust out of hash browns.

    Brush with melted butter.

    Bake 20 min.

    Reduce heat to 350 degrees.

    Combine ham, cheese, place on crust.

    Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper.
