  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo

Directions

    Put frozen hash browns in skillet.

    Melt oleo and pour over potatoes.

    Mix sour cream, onion, cheese, soup, salt and pepper. Add to potatoes and put in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Combine corn flakes and oleo.

    Pour over potatoes.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
