- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
Directions

1Put frozen hash browns in skillet.

2Melt oleo and pour over potatoes.

3Mix sour cream, onion, cheese, soup, salt and pepper. Add to potatoes and put in 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Combine corn flakes and oleo.

5Pour over potatoes.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
