  • 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 10 oz. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 onion, chopped fine
  • 3/4 c. margarine, melted (save 1/4 c. and dot on top)
  • 2 c. corn flake crumbs, crushed

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients together and put in greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Top with 1/4 cup margarine and corn flake crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
