- 1 (24 oz.) pkg. hash browns, thawed
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. green chilies, diced
- 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 c. cooked ham, diced
- 1/2 c. half and half or milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Blot shredded, thawed hash browns with paper towel.

2Spread in buttered 9-inch pie plate, press to form solid crust.

3Brush with butter.

4Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.

5Sprinkle with cheese, chilies and ham.

6Beat half and half, eggs, salt and pepper together.

7Pour over cheese mixture.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, or until knife inserted at center comes out clean.
