Ingredients

  • 3 c. shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1/3 c. oleo, melted
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 c. cooked ham
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Press hash browns between paper towel to remove excess moisture.

    Press into bottom and up sides of ungreased 9-inch pie plate.

    Drizzle with oleo.

    Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.

    Combine ham, cheese and green pepper; spoon over crust.

    In small bowl, beat eggs and milk.

    Pour over all.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 25 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
