- 1/4 c. onions, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Post Toasties, crushed, or Pepperidge Farm croutons
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Lay hash browns in flat casserole.

2Mix onions, sour cream, chicken soup and cheese.

3Pour this mixture on top of the potatoes.

4Melt butter and Post Toasties or croutons; sprinkle on top of the mixture.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

6Bake, covered, for 25 minutes, then uncover for the least 10 to 15 minutes.
