  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns (1 pkg.)
  • 1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Mix everything except potatoes, then pour over potatoes that have been thawed and put in a greased 11 x 13-inch pan. Put 2 cups crushed corn flakes over the top. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
