- 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. dried onion flakes
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. Post Toasties
Directions

1Mix together hash browns (thawed), 1 stick margarine (melted), sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion flakes, Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.

2Spread in a baking dish.

3Coarsely crush the Post Toasties.

4Mix them in a small bowl with 1 stick melted margarine.

5Spread over the potato mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

6Uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
