  • 3 14 cups icing sugar
  • 2 12 lbs ground almonds
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 12 teaspoons vanilla extract

    Mix eggs, lemon juice and vanilla.

    Knead til pliable.

    Divide in 3.

    Wrap each in tinfoil.

    Let stand overnight.

    Roll out 1 ball to 1/2 inch thick and cover cakes.

    Let stand overnight covered with a tea towel.

    Ice cakes if desired.
