  • 1 large bag frozen hash browns (2 1/2 lb., not shredded types)
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 12 to 16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients plus 8 ounces of Cheddar cheese. Spread in 9 x 12-inch baking pan.

    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top the last 5 to 10 minutes.

    Bake at 300° at least 1 hour.
