  • 32 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes (1 1/2 bags)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 12 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups corn flakes, crushed

Directions

    Mix all together, except butter and corn flakes.

    Put in a 9x11-inch pan.

    Melt 1/4 cup butter.

    Add corn flakes.

    Pour over ingredients.

    Pour remainder of melted butter over ingredients.

    Bake at 350F for 3/4 - 1 hour.
