  • 1 large box frozen hash brown potatoes (2 lb.)
  • 1 large carton sour cream
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • small amount of minced onion
  • 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix together hash browns, large sour cream, Cheddar cheese soup (undiluted), cream of celery soup (undiluted) and small amount of minced onion.

    Pour into rectangular baking dish; sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese on top.

    Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 400°.
