- 16 to 18 oz. southern style hash browns (Idahoan)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 stack buttery crackers, crushed
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Pour into long, greased cake pan.

2Top with crackers mixed with margarine.

3Bake at 350° until bubbly and beginning to brown. With a toothpick, test a bit of potato.

4If not quite done or if casserole is still too soupy, return to oven until golden brown. It will thicken as it cools.
