  • 16 to 18 oz. southern style hash browns (Idahoan)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 stack buttery crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Pour into long, greased cake pan.

    Top with crackers mixed with margarine.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly and beginning to brown. With a toothpick, test a bit of potato.

    If not quite done or if casserole is still too soupy, return to oven until golden brown. It will thicken as it cools.
