  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns (or 2 qt.)
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes or buttered crumbs

Directions

    Combine all ingredients (except corn flakes) in large mixing bowl.
