Ingredients
- 6 medium size green peppers
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 c. diced cooked corned beef
- 1 c. diced cooked potatoes
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cut a thin slice from the stem of each green pepper; scoop out seeds.

2Bring water and salt to a boil in a large saucepan.

3Add peppers.

4Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.

5Remove peppers and drain.

6Melt butter in a medium saucepan.

7Add onion and saute for 2 minutes.

8Stir in remaining ingredients.

9Spoon mixture into pepper shells.

10Place in a greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan. Bake uncovered in a preheated oven at 350° for about 30 minutes. Serves 6.
