  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c. light cream

    Cook until tender in boiling water, drain, return to saucepan.

    Add butter, seasonings, parsley and cream.
