Pineapple Bread Pudding

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (unsweetened)
  • 4, 5 or 6 slices white bread

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar and butter.

    Break bread up in pieces and then mix pineapple in bread.

    Put all together and put into a greased baking dish.

    Cook at 350° for 1 hour.

    Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
