- 1 yeast cake, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 1/4 c. warm milk
- 1 sq. or 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 to 5 c. flour to make soft dough
Directions

1Mix everything together except 2 cups of the flour.

2Let stand 20 minutes in warm place.

3Add rest of flour and let rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.

4Roll dough out on a lightly floured board.

5Cut in rounds; dip in butter and fold over.

6Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly brown.
