  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 48 milk chocolate kisses

Directions

    Combine shortening, peanut butter, salt, eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix well; add flour, baking soda and sugar. Shape dough into balls; roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven.

    Place chocolate kiss on top of cookie; press down in center.
