- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 1/2 c. 3-Minute brand oats
- 2 1/2 c. (20 oz.) crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 3 c. (10 oz.) flaked coconut
Directions

1Combine eggs and sugar and beat until light (about 2 minutes). Sift flour, salt and soda.

2Add to egg mixture and blend until smooth (about 2 minutes longer).

3Add remaining ingredients and mix very well.

4Spoon into two greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.

5Bake at 325° for one hour.

6Remove from pan immediately and serve warm or cold.
