- 1/2 loaf Hawaiian bread
- 2 (16 ounce) cans Carnation Evaporated Milk
- 3/4 cup butter
- 6 egg yolks
- 8 ounces coconut (frozen)
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
Directions

1Mix egg yolks, sugar and butter together.

2Add milk slowly. Add bread, coconut, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon.

3Use baking pan (greased) and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
