  • 1 yellow pound cake or 1 yellow cake mix, plus 1 Tbsp. oil added
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 3 boxes instant coconut cream pudding
  • 4 c. milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • Cool Whip
  • coconut

Directions

    Bake cake in 9 x 13-inch pan or larger; cool.

    Drain pineapple and spread on cake.

    Mix pudding, milk and cream cheese; spread on top of pineapple.

    Spread Cool Whip on top of pudding.

    Sprinkle with coconut.

    Refrigerate.
