Hawaiian Cake

  • 1 box cake mix (I use Duncan Hines with pudding)
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (in syrup)
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. coconut

Directions

    Spread pineapple on the bottom of pan (2 x 8 x 12-inch). Cover with cake mix.

    Dribble melted oleo over cake mix (do not stir).

    Add chopped pecans and coconut.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.

    Serve with Cool Whip.
