  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • dash of salt
  • 1 box chopped broccoli
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. chopped American cheese
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Add finely chopped onion and margarine together.

    Put in microwave.

    Heat until margarine melts.

    Stir in cornbread mix. Add sour cream, cheese, broccoli and eggs.

    Beat well.

    Pour into a loaf pan.

    Bake at 400° until done.
