- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
Directions

1Marinate chicken in soy sauce.

2Place chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar substitute.

3Pour remaining soy sauce over chicken.

4Bake covered for 1/2 hour at 350°.

5Uncover and add peppers and pineapple.

6Bake 1/2 hour longer.
