  • 2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
  • flour
  • salt
  • 1 lb. chicken breasts
  • oil
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tsp. chopped chives
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Coat chicken with flour and salt.

    Brown in oil for 10 minutes; remove from pan.

    Reserve 1/4 cup pan juice.

    In pan, stir honey, teriyaki sauce, chives, pepper and juice; heat to boiling.

    Boil for 30 seconds.

    Add pineapple; heat again.

    Pour sauce over chicken.
