- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 slices of pineapple
Directions

1Trim excess fat from pork chops.

2In a bowl, combine flour, salt & pepper.

3Roll chops in flour mixture to coat.

4Arrange chops in a baking dish.

5Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

6Lay a slice of pineapple on each chop; return to 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
