  • 1 large plus 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 envelopes gelatin
  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1 can Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    In saucepan, place pineapple, water, sugar and gelatin.

    Cook until thickened.

    Let cool.

    Take half of the cake and break into small pieces.

    Line glass dish with pieces of cake.

    Add half of Cool Whip, coconut and pecans.

    Add half of pineapple mixture. Layer again.
