- 1 can (2 1/2 c.) pineapple chunks
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 green pepper
- 2 small onions in rings
- syrup from pineapple
Directions

1Cook brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and syrup from pineapple until thick.

2Pour over the pepper strips and onion rings.

3Bring hot dogs to a boil.

4Drain and add to thickened syrup, etc.

5Heat thoroughly.
