Ingredients: 6 c. mashed potatoes; 3/4 c. sour cream; 1 1/2 tsp. salt; melted butter; 3 c. creamed cottage cheese; 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onions; 1/8 tsp. white pepper; slivered almonds

3/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
melted butter
3 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1/8 tsp. white pepper
slivered almonds

Directions

Combine potatoes, cottage cheese, sour cream, onions, salt and pepper in mixer until smooth.

Place in 2 1/2-quart casserole. Cover top with melted butter and almonds, if desired.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
