- 2 graham cracker crusts
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can Angel Flake coconut or 1 c. frozen coconut
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix lemon juice and condensed milk and stir until very thick. Add Cool Whip and mix well.

2Then add remaining ingredients.

3Pour into pie crusts and chill thoroughly.

4This makes 2 large pies, each serving about 6.

5Freezes well also.
