  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, chopped fine
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 1 (6 oz.) container small curd cottage cheese or 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
